Privacy Policy

SpursAdConnect (the “Platform” or “Service”) is a cross-channel advertising intelligence platform owned and operated by TechnoSpurs India Pvt Ltd (“TechnoSpurs,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a private limited company registered in India at IF2 Trinity Garden, Rajiv Gandhi Road, Thoraipakkam, Chennai, India 600097. SpursAdConnect helps digital marketing agencies and advertisers unify reporting, campaign management, and optimization across advertising accounts that they already hold on third-party advertising platforms and third-party demand-side platforms (“Connected Platforms”).

Important — we do not operate our own DSP: SpursAdConnect does not own or operate an advertising exchange, demand-side platform (DSP), or ad-serving infrastructure of its own, and does not directly collect data from website visitors or consumers through advertising pixels, tags, or cookies placed on third-party websites or apps on our own behalf. Instead, SpursAdConnect connects, with explicit customer authorization, to advertising accounts our customers already hold with Connected Platforms, and retrieves campaign, budget, and performance data that those platforms have already collected — subject at all times to each customer's and each Connected Platform's own terms and privacy practices.

This Policy describes the information SpursAdConnect collects when agencies and their authorized users (“Customers,” “you,” or “your”) use the Platform, the information SpursAdConnect receives from Connected Platforms on a Customer's behalf, and how that information is used, shared, retained, and protected.

This Policy applies to spursadconnect.com and the SpursAdConnect application. It does not apply to TechnoSpurs' corporate website (technospurs.com), which is covered by a separate Privacy Policy, or to the Connected Platforms themselves, whose own privacy policies govern their own collection and use of data.

Note on roles: In most cases, our Customers (agencies and advertisers) act as the data controller/business with respect to data from their own connected advertising accounts, and SpursAdConnect acts as a data processor/service provider that processes that data on the Customer's behalf and instructions, under our customer agreements.

2.1 Account and User Information

When you or your organization sign up for SpursAdConnect, we collect information such as your name, business email address, phone number, job title, and company/agency name.

2.2 Connected Platform Data

When a Customer authorizes SpursAdConnect to connect to their advertising accounts (via OAuth or similar authorized API access), we retrieve data made available by that Connected Platform, which may include:

• Campaign, ad group/set, ad, and creative-level configuration data
• Budget, bid strategy, and pacing data
• Performance and reporting metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, ROAS, CTR, CPC, cost-per-conversion, and similar aggregated metrics)
• Aggregated or audience-segment-level insights made available through the Connected Platform's reporting or insights APIs
• Account and permission-level metadata (e.g., account IDs, user roles, account status)

We access this data only to the extent authorized by the Customer through account-connection permissions (“scopes”) and only for the purposes described in this Policy. SpursAdConnect does not use Connected Platform data to build independent audience profiles for sale to third parties, and does not use this data to serve ads outside of the Customer's own authorized advertising accounts.

2.3 Automatically Collected Platform Usage Data

When you use the Platform or visit spursadconnect.com, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, actions taken within the Platform, referring pages, and timestamps, using cookies, log files, and similar technologies, for security, analytics, and product-improvement purposes.

2.4 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you provide when you contact support, submit feedback, participate in a demo, or otherwise communicate with our team.

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform, including Campaign management, reporting, and alerting;
• Generate cross-channel performance reporting and AI-driven budget and optimization recommendations for the Customer's own campaigns;
• Authenticate users and manage account access and permissions;
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security incidents, or unauthorized access;
• Communicate with Customers about their account, service updates, and support requests;
• Improve, test, and develop new features of the Platform; and
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Connected Platform data to build cross-customer audience segments for third-party advertising purposes.

Where applicable data protection law requires it, we process personal information on the basis of: performance of a contract with our Customer; our (or our Customer's) legitimate interests in providing and improving the Service; compliance with legal obligations; and, where applicable, consent.

We may share information as follows:

• With Connected Platforms, solely to the extent necessary to retrieve data or submit authorized budget changes back to the Customer's own advertising accounts, based on the Customer's instructions and permissions;
• With subprocessors and service providers who support hosting, infrastructure, analytics, customer support, and communications, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations;
• With TechnoSpurs India Pvt Ltd, our parent company, and other group entities, for internal business, legal, and administrative purposes;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets;
• Where required to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of TechnoSpurs, SpursAdConnect, our Customers, or others; or
• With a Customer's consent or at their direction (for example, if a Customer chooses to share reporting data with their own clients through the Platform).

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

To be clear about the scope of our data practices:

• SpursAdConnect does not operate its own demand-side platform (DSP), ad exchange, or ad-serving infrastructure.
• SpursAdConnect does not place its own advertising cookies, pixels, or tags on third-party publisher websites or apps to collect data about consumers.
• SpursAdConnect does not independently collect browsing data about individual consumers outside of the Platform; the campaign and performance data we process originates from, and remains subject to, the data collection practices and privacy policies of the Connected Platforms through which our Customers already advertise.

Individuals who wish to understand how their personal data is collected and used by a specific advertising platform, or to exercise opt-out or privacy rights related to ad targeting, should refer to the privacy policy and opt-out tools of the relevant Connected Platform (for example, the platform's own privacy policy and ad settings), or to the advertiser or agency running the campaign.

We retain Account and User Information for as long as the Customer's account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Connected Platform Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service or as instructed by the Customer, and is deleted or de-identified upon account disconnection, contract termination, or a valid deletion request, subject to any legal retention requirements. Automatically collected usage and log data is generally retained for up to 12 months before being aggregated or de-identified.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, including encryption in transit, access controls, and authorized API scopes limited to what is needed to provide the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Customers and authorized users may access, update, or correct their account information by logging into the Platform or contacting us. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, or disconnect any Connected Platform account, at any time.

To request deletion of your data, including any data received via Connected Platform integrations, please email us at reachus@technospurs.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” and include your account/organization name and the Connected Platform account(s) to be disconnected. We will process valid requests within a reasonable time and confirm once completed, subject to any data we are required to retain by law or legitimate business need (e.g., financial records).

Individuals whose data may appear within aggregated Connected Platform reporting (for example, a consumer reflected in a Connected Platform Ads performance data) should direct data subject requests to the Customer (agency/advertiser) who manages that advertising account, or to the Connected Platform directly, as SpursAdConnect typically does not hold direct contact information for such individuals.

9.1 EEA, UK, and Switzerland

Where applicable, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Contact us using the details in Section 13 to exercise these rights.

9.2 California Residents

California residents may have rights under the CCPA to know, delete, and correct personal information we hold, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. Submit requests with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line.

SpursAdConnect is operated by TechnoSpurs India Pvt Ltd from India and serves Customers globally. Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) for cross-border transfers.

SpursAdConnect is a business tool intended for use by advertising professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, our integrations, or legal requirements. We will post the updated Policy on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice as appropriate (for example, by email or in-Platform notice).
